In the white moisture mist
stands a girl
on city sidewalk
wears my necklace
in this dream she wrote a letter
borrowed colored pencils.
to me
Wooden floors, vinyl, coffee shop echos.
somewhere in the circuit breaker
she devises a face.
declaring this moment.
releasing the shutterbox.
ours.
sitting near the end of the picnic table
I find her again
sitting close, feels distant
our vantage
proud building Glass facade glows Prussian
sheen Violet
against the nuclear sunset
like an Icebergs wake
rushing through, vivid.
Business suit
2pm
Round table centers me
my discretion, my vision
and so
I picked those colors for you
glass panels transparent hue
just for you
Young at heart
holding flowers up
The only thing this kid has to offer
still she goes
slowly walking
reflection eroding.
Awake.
We all crush under falling stars
coming down on the summer
callous front, storms roaring far
in our dreams, she is the color.
